With Children

Note: All volunteers who work with our children will need to have a current complete background check. This is a requirement of our insurance company. We can arrange for this to be done for you if you do not have a current screening. There is a fee involved. Please speak with Pastor Kären.

Sunday mornings, 9:00 a.m. worship service: We are also looking for some volunteers to stay in our nursery during the 9 AM service to care for young children. We hope to have several volunteers who can be a part of a rotation for this opportunity. Interested? Speak to Pastor Kären.

Sunday mornings, 11:00 a.m. worship service: We will soon be offering a Children’s Ministry opportunity for children in Kindergarten thru 5th grade. This will be offered during the 11 AM service. The children will join you in the Sanctuary, take part in the Children’s Moment, and then be dismissed to the Education Building for a time of learning and activity. The children will be brought back to the Sanctuary to join you for communion. Interested? Speak to Pastor Kären.

June 8-12, 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.: We will need help working with the children during Vacation Bible School. Interested? Speak to Pastor Kären.

In the Community

One Saturday a month: We need help with the Second Saturday Arts & Farmers Market. Interested? Contact Mary Coulton.

On Your Own

Vacation Bible School: We will need help (a) prepping crafts, (b) gathering materials, and (c) decorating ahead of Vacation Bible School. Much of the work prepping crafts and gathering materials can be done ahead of time and on your own time. Interested? Speak to Pastor Kären.
